The joy of cuisine have made me become a cook from an engineer, professional kitchen is where my heart and mind met together. My journey for Advanced Italian Cuisine began at AIMS Institute, Bengaluru, India, my first stepping stone in my home country where I was taken care of like an AIMS family member. I am wholeheartedly thankful to AIMS Institute for the constant support and preparing me for the smooth international transfer to Italy. I have beautiful memories of AIMS, the vibrant corridors filled with smiles and always caring and helpful management and staff members.
